Aloha MINIacs!

Hope your holidays were  filled with cheer and Santa was good to eveyone. Our 1st Annual Christmas party was fun and had a great turnout 40 + members & guests came out to Haliewa Joe’s in Kaneohe (while a few took a scenic route to the one in Haliewa , oops sorry guys :)) We had a great brunch, and an unusual gift-giving surrounding a scenic view. Hope all had a great time, and a reminder that in the next 45 days we will be having our nominations and voting for the 2010 HMMC Board.

And the winner is (drumroll)…………..

Grimey and the Duchess! Michael & his 2009 Midnight Black Cooper S sailed into MINI of Hawaii &  captured everyone’s attention and was our 2009 MINI of Hawaii Halloween Contest winner!  The winner received a $200 MOH gift card good towards accessories & motoring gear.

I see they picked up a wench as well! (Just kidding) Our beautiful BMW receptionist came by to join in as well! Hope everyone had a safe MINI Halloween!

Aloha Casey, we will miss you!

 30 plus MINIacs enjoying appetizers galore, salads, drinks, pizza, pizza,pizza, and desserts too! We rolled out of  the Kona Brewing Company.

It was a great evening with good food  & fun! We had some new members join (welcome back Grimey!)and sadly, but bittersweetly said our alohas & goodbyes to some longtime members, Casey R. & John B.  We ended the evening with a rally around the island to the Windward side, back to our beds to sleep off all the good food and drinks we indulged all evening…

We also want to thank the staff at Kona Brewing Company for the excellent service & food, We will return! See y’all at Aloha Tower Nov. 8th!                                                                                                         I can’t believe we ate the whole thing!!

The Hawaii MINI Motoring club will subsidize and have a special dinner rate of only $15 per single members or $25 for couple members.    You need to be a current dues paid member to qualify for member rate. Appetizers, and all you can eat pizza, salad and sodas for  all one price!   

KBC has Satelite TV , outdoor seating and specials for any early birds that want to watch the game. Join in on the fun, this will be a great time to meet old and new members!

CG 19 will be at Morning Brew in Kailua, a unique Coffee House with good food as well! Early risers can cruise down to the beach to see the sunrise over the magical Mokuloa islands in Lanikai

There should be good parking early, and it’s a cool place to hang & talk story.
